Class Locations & Schedules

Home base for Tai Chi for Life is Peterborough, Ontario. Tom and Valerie travel to outlying locations to help train and practice with the various groups. In addition, all participants are welcome to attend classes at any of the locations. The extra training with other groups helps to facilitate continual development opportunities. Each of the locations is under an hour's driving time to another location.

We are here to guide you and help you through tai chi.
