Benefits of Tai Chi
Tai chi can benefit the body, mind, and spirit. It is an exercise comprising slow, gentle transitional movements that takes us through positions. The positions and transitional movements help us gain flexibility and strength.
Smaller portions, called moves, make up the exercise. The tai chi set we practice has 108 moves. In the beginning, that may seem like an awful lot. Many of the moves are similar and repetitive, so it really is not as daunting as it sounds.

You cannot always predict precisely what you will receive from tai chi practice. However, most participants can easily give testimonials about what tai chi initially did for them. We have a saying in the tai chi world –
Tai Chi gives you what you need
not necessarily what you want.
Tai chi is rather magical in that respect.
